Our house resides in adjacency to the pedestrian precinct Wilmersdorfer Strasse (approx. 5 min), to the Congress Centre and fair ground, to the famous Kurfuerstendamm and in the city centre of Berlin, its is though quietly located in a backyard. Parking places are available. A shuttle bus station to the airport Berlin Tegel is close to the hotel.
Unser Haus befindet sich in der Nähe der Fußgängerzone Wilmersdorfer Strasse ca. 5 Min. vom Kongress Center (Messegelände) und 5 Min. vom Kurfürstendamm, mitten im Geschäfts- und Einkaufszentrum Berlins und dennoch ruhig in einem Hinterhof gelegen. Parkplätze sind in unmittelbarer Nähe oder Sie nutzen die direkte Busverbindung zum Flughafen Tegel.

A typical old (1868) Berlin building has been converted into a hotel which has its own charm. Our rooms suit practically all needs (1 to 4 beds). It is the perfect starting point for exploring the city because of its central, nevertheless quiet location and excellent connections to public transport. Significant destinations like Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag Parliament Building, Potsdamer Place, Check-Point-Charlie Museum and the Technical Museum are all within a walking distance of 2 km. The Jewish Museum, Martin-Gropius-Bau and Tempodrom are very close to the hotel.

Each room of the hotel is functional and cosy equipped. We serve you a rich breakfast buffet at our Restaurant Neumanns. Furthermore we provide a conference room, bar and a snugly beer garden.

In August 2001 we opened Hotel Transit Loft in the middle of the trendy district Prenzlauer Berg. This district is famous for its cafes, bars, clubs and restaurants. Numerous junk- , second-hand and other extraordinary shops invite for a stroll. Our hotel is located in a renovated workhouse, all rooms have been furnished in a bright and functional way. Each room is equipped with en-suite-facilities.

Unser Hotel befindet sich in zwei komplett ausgebauten Fabriketagen. Die Zimmer sich hell und funktional eingerichtet. Alle verfügen über ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC.
