The architecture of the Villa is traditional, with typical stone elements. Each apartment provides a kitchen with all facilities for longer stays. It is possible to have up to 2 extra beds per apartment. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available on request and they can be delivered to your apartment through room service. A very well-known gastronomy centre in Croatia is Ston Bay, which is just a 10-minute drive away. It has the cleanest sea in the region and oyster, shell, mussel and fish farms provide excellent sea food served in the restaurants of the little town Ston. Cars can be rented at the Villa Ratac so you can drive by yourself to Dubrovnik, which is 25 km away, or to the nearby village of Slano with many restaurants and shops. You can also get to the villa by bus - the buses to Dubrovnik, Slano or Ston leave at a stop which is 100 metres from the property. Villa Ratac also offers tour and excursion bookings for nearby restaurants, islands and towns. Please note that this property has a minimum stay policy of 3 nights during the season from 10 July to 28 August.
Vila Ratac smještena je na sunčanoj privatnoj plaži te je okružena bujnom borovom šumom i maslinicima. Svi elegantno i udobno uređeni apartmani uključuju terasu i balkon te imaju prekrasan pogled na more i Elafitske otoke. Arhitektura vile je tradicionalna i uključuje tipične kamene elemente. Svi apartmani uključuju kuhinju opremljenu svim sadržajima za duži boravak. U apartmane je moguće smjestiti 2 pomoćna ležaja. U vili Ratac dostupna je usluga najma automobila. Gosti tako mogu posjetiti Dubrovnik, koji je udaljen 25 km, ili obližnje selo Slano u kojem se nalaze brojni restorani i trgovine. Do vile možete doći i autobusom. Autobusno stajalište na kojem su dostupne linije za Dubrovnik, Slano ili Ston udaljeno je 100 metara od objekta. Villa Ratac također nudi obilaske i izlete do obližnjih otoka i gradova kao i rezervacije stolova u obližnjim restoranima. Molimo, imajte na umu da tijekom sezone, od 10. srpnja do 28. kolovoza, boravak u ovom objektu mora trajati najmanje 3 noći.
