It is 7km. off the N1 and 10 minutes from the University, large shopping center and town. A smaller shopping center with a selection of restaurants is within walking distance. There are three spacious rooms with on suit bathrooms. Guests have the choice of self catering or enjoying a full English breakfast. An evening meal is available on request. There are two very pleasant reception rooms and a large veranda, all at the guest's disposal. Tea and coffee is available in the rooms as well as TV with m-net. All the beds have electric blankets in the winter and a large fire is made in the lounge. There is a beautiful garden with huge trees and a selection of bird life.
