The main lawn and gardens, including the tennis court, can be viewed from the en suite balcony, Charles Elgar's room is a relatively modest 50 sq meters, including en suite and dressing-room, overlooking the main lawn, sketching-pond and adjacent farmland, The Garden Room is one of two original guest-rooms with a bay window overlooking the rose and sketching gardens. The ensuite has one of the large bathtubs installed in 1924 & The Courtyard Room, the other original guest-room, has a large bay window above the ground floor dining-room with views of the tennis-court, carriageway and the courtyard.
