Villa Ciconia is situated at about 2 Kms from the Florence-Rome motorway exit,1 hour by car far from Rome. The Hotel is in a XVIth century elegant villa, surrounded by a large park with centuries-old trees, just on Chiani River and Carcaione Torrent confluence. The Villa, designed according to a rectangular plan, was realised in such a way that a deviation of the Carcaione torrent would get under one of the three arches that were sustaining it.
Villa Ciconia è situata a circa 2 km dallo svincolo dell'autostrada Firenze-Roma, ad un'ora di distanza da Roma. L'hotel è ospitato da un'elegante villa del XVI secolo, circondata da un ampio parco con alberi centenari, alla confluenza tra il Chiani e il Carcaione. La villa, progettata su una pianta rettangolare, fu realizzata in modo da far deviare il torrente Carcaione sotto ad una delle tre arcate che la sostengono.
