La parte più alta era riservata alla torre di avvistamento che i Saraceni costruirono a vedetta del loro porto e del tratto di mare prospiciente. Ancora oggi l'ampio panorama sull'Adriatico fa immaginare lo scorrere e l'attracco dei velieri musulmani.L'orientamento a est fa godere del sorgere del sole sul mare e la sera riverberi di luce argentea annunciano limpide notti di plenilunio. A monastery of the XVIIth century recently restructured offers to its guest an extremely nice and comfortable accommodation thanks to the courtesy of the owners, the Pisani family, and to the gorgeous and relaxing nature which surrounds it. Each of the 21 rooms is provided with WC and air conditioning.
