Torre Coccaro is the name of this Masseria built in the XVI century. The land around is full of antique olive trees. The mission of the five star resort is to bring back the guests to the antique natural life. These kinds of Masserias are in fact sighting towers against the attacks of the Turkish pirates and they are all in the same line approximately 1 km from the sea in order to see first attack. With the time passing they have been used for the production of the green gold: the olive oil.33 rooms all with their own private little garden deep in the olive trees territory of the fasano planes, 2 rooms are in the antique caves. Meanwhile there are rooms in the antique tower where they used to hang cherry tomatoes to dry for winter and where you can see blue sea from a little spy-window. Other rooms are located inside the courtyard of the Masseria and one has its own antique orchard garden that makes you dizzy with all the scents.

Questi tipi di Masserie, furono costruite contro gli attacchi dei pirati turchi, e si trovano tutte a circa un chilometro dal mare, in modo da far fronte ai primi attacchi. Con il tempo, sono state utilizzate per la produzione dell'oro verde: l'olio di oliva.33 camere, tutte con gardino privato, in questo affascinante territorio della zona del Fasano, 2 delle camere sono in cave antiche. Vi sono anche camere nella torre antica, utilizzate per essiccare i pomodori durante l'inverno, e da dove si pu? scorgere attraverso piccoli fessure del blu del mare. Le altre camere sono ubicale nel cortile interno della Masseria, con giardini di orchidee, dai svariati colori.
