This traditional sanitarium is located right on the sea in the heart of Narva-Jõesuu, one of the oldest and best-known resorts in Estonia. The main building of the spa is built in the functionalist style of the 1930s. Its recent renovation, together with the opening of the new and modern therapy building, the sauna center and the restaurant have again made the Narva-Jõesuu Health and Spa Hotel the elite vacation center it was in the past. A wide variety of therapies and spa treatments for many different diseases and medical problems is available. Healing baths (such as mud and herbal baths) are also offered, and there is a beauty center offering massages. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, all in buffet-style. Breakfast is already included in the price. There is also cozy, maritime-style bar and an open-air grill terrace serving fantastically tasty meat dishes.

Narva-Jõesuu Health and Spa Hotel on muutunud renoveerimistööde käigus uuesti sama eksklusiivseks puhkekohaks nagu ta oli varem. Hotell avas hiljuti uue tervisekeskuse, saunamaailma ja restorani. Saadaval on mitmesuguseid ravi- ja spaahooldused, mis aitavad erinevate haiguste ja meditsiiniliste probleemide korral. Pakutakse ka tervendavaid vanne (nt muda ja taimeõlidega). Lisaks on kohapeal ilumaailm, kus pakutakse massaaže. Restoranis serveeritakse Rootsi lauas hommiku-, lõuna- ja õhtusööki. Hommikusöök on juba hinna sees. Lisaks on kohapeal hubane mereteemaline baar ja väljas asuv grillterrass, kus pakutakse väga maitsvaid liharoogi.
