Housed within an 18th-century farmhouse, built in local rock and stone, the hotel is surrounded by the lush Mediterranean greenery of the Morainic hills of Lake Garda. Set in Costermano, which lies just a few kilometres away from the lake, the hotel was once the homestead of a thriving farm belonging to the noble family of Becelli from Garda. At the end of the 1960's it was purchased by the Ceradini family who continued to run the farm up until the 1990's. Almost all of the food is produced in the farm itself, and throughout the year it is possible to taste the typical dishes of the area. Pasta is handmade and it is served together with traditional sauces to emphasise the genius of simple cooking.
Ospitato in un antico casale del XVIII secolo, costruito in pietra e roccia locale, l'hotel č circondato dal verde lussureggiante mediterraneo delle colline moreniche del Lago di Garda. Situato a Costermano, a soli pochi chilometri dal lago, l'hotel era un tempo un podere di una ricca fattoria appartenente alla nobile famiglia dei Becelli del Garda. Alla fine del 1960 č stato acquistato dalla famiglia Ceradini, che ha continuato a gestirlo sino alla fine degli Anni Novanta. Quasi tutti i prodotti utilizzati provengono dall'azienda locale, e durante tutto l'anno č possibile gustare le specialitā tipiche dell'area. La pasta viene fatta a mano e viene servita con dei sughi tradizionali che enfatizzano il genio della cucina semplice.
