Built in 1826, this charming Victorian home has been lovingly restored and is a declared National Monument. Accommodation consists of nine double en-suite rooms and four spacious two-bedroom apartments with kitchens, lounges and dining areas. The warm and welcoming main house features a cosy pub, a lounge/library and Norden's Restaurant. Norden's is renowned for its innovative menu offering delicious South African cuisine, complemented by an excellent wine selection. Since opening in 1991, many guests have returned to the convivial atmosphere of The Cock House, including President Nelson Mandela on three occasions.
