On Queens Promenade, overlooking Douglas beach, the Rutland Hotel is just 10 minutes' walk from the Manx Museum and TT Grandstand. Most rooms have sea views and some have balconies. Douglas is the capital and features horse-drawn trams which run along the promenade as well as the Gaiety Theatre and Camera Obscura on Douglas Head.
