This is reflected in the menu where only the freshest ingredients are used and everything, from the exquisite pasta to the warm wholewheat bread, is made by hand in their own kitchen. For a taste of Italy, you can try the sensationally soft gnocchi pomodoro e basilico, crema di asparagi, or the equally impressive ravioli dello chef. If your taste leans more towards South African dishes, you can try the slow-cooked lamb shank with freshly picked garden herbs and roasted new potatoes or the pan-fried prawns on a bed of guacamole, dressed with a creamy Riacha sauce.
