Once called the Queen of the Gulf, the Hotel Galvez is a Spanish colonial hotel located across the street from the beach and the Gulf of Mexico and approximately one hour from Houston International Airport. The hotel is only a trolley ride away from downtown Galveston, the Strand Historic District, shopping, and museums.
