Gålå Høgfjellshotell is situated at 930 metres above sea level, halfway between Oslo and Trondheim. It is nicely situated above the Lake Gålåvannet with views to the glittering peaks of Jotunheimen. It is a small hotel with 42 rooms, and the hotel has existed since 1891. It has an intimate atmosphere and a restaurant well known for meals of a high standard.
