The apartment is located in Lezzeno and just 6 km from Bellagio, the most famous tourist village on Como Lake. It is well known in the world for its beautiful location, situated between the green of the mountains and the blue of the lake and surrounded by spacious blossoming gardens. As the owener of the apartment is the same of the Hotel Aurora in Lezzeno, there is free use of the solarium, sunbeds, canoes and kajaks by the hotel.Just at few steps from the house there are several small food shops in the village, which can cater for all the bare essentials including a pharmacy. There is a bus from Lezzeno to Bellagio and Como. The apartment is for 6 person and has recently been tastefully restored and incorporates the following accommodation: Ground floor: Spacious independent entry, one duble room with tv and laundry room with washingmachine, washbasin, shower, wc and a large space for bicycles. First floor: Kitchen with table and chairs, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, fireplace, electric ovenm microwawe and small balcony. The Sitting room has a sofa and armchair, sat tv, hoven fireplace and wondeful lakeview. Second floor: There are two bedrooms: one has a large doublebed with tv and the other one twin room that can become double bedroomwith has a safe deposit box, bathroom with bathtub and shower, washbasin and wc.
L'appartamento si trova al centro di Lezzeno a soli 6 km da Bellagio, nota località turistica del Lago di Como conosciuta in tutto il mondo per la Sua particolare e suggestiva ambientazione, immersa nel verde dei boschi, l'azzurro del lago e ornata da ampi giardini fioriti. A soli 100 mt da Il Molo si trova l'Hotel Aurora che offre accesso ed utilizzo gratuito delle proprie attrezzaure come solarium, sdraio e canoe agli ospiti dell'appartamento. A pochi passi dalla casa si trovano i piccoli negozi alimentari del paese, la fermata del bus per Bellagio o Como e l'imbarcadero dove è possibile prendere battelli per piacevoli gite sul lago. L'appartamento può ospitare massimo 6 persone ed è' cosi disposto: ampio ingresso indipendente al piano terra con una stanza matrimoniale con tv, lavanderia/bagno con lavatrice, lavatoio, doccia e wc e locale separato utilizzabile come deposito per attrezzature e biciclette. Primo piano: cucina con piano cottura a quattro fuochi, forno elettrico, lavastoviglie frigorifero, freezer , tutti gli accessori indispensabili e piccolo balconcino. Salotto con splendida vista lago, caminetto, divano, poltrona e tv satellitare. Secondo piano: camera matrimoniale con tv a colori e vista lago, camera a due letti o matrimoniale con cassetta di sicurezza , bagno con vasca, doccia wc e lavabo
