The 4 star hotel 'Corte Altavilla', an old medieval court situated in a residential area in the historical centre of Conversano, City of Art, where in the 1100 lived Sibilla d'Altavilla, Roberto Courtehouse's wife, the son of Guglielmo ii the Conqueror. Following a complete restructure in the year 2002, a very unusual complex of antique dwellings located within the walls of the medieval Altavilla's court, has been transformed into a receptive centre with hotel rooms and elegant suites.
La Corte Altavilla è un'antica corte medievale, situato in zona residenziale nel centro storico di Conversano (Città d'Arte), dove nel 1100 visse la giovane e bella Sibilla d'Altavilla, moglie di Roberto Courtehouse, figlio di Guglielmo il Conquistatore. L'antichissima corte 'palazziata' è stata trasformata in albergo residenziale con camere, eleganti suite ed appartamenti dove, mura in pietra bianca, intonaci in calce, volte a botte e travi in legno conferiscono al luogo un grande fascino.
