The former kitchens of the first Royal Palace, Its history stretches back eight centuries. Devastated by the earthquake of 1755, it was rebuilt, known as the Palacete das Cozinhas (the Kitchen Mansion). Now it has been transformed into an eclectic, high quality design-led hotel.
