The Desert Cave Hotel is the world's only underground international hotel - located at Coober Pedy in outback South Australia, approximately one mile from Old Timer's Mine. Coober Pedy is 530 miles (850kms) North of Adelaide or a 2.5-hour flight and 425 miles (680kms) South of Alice Springs.
