There will be a one night cancellation charge for cancellations less than 30 days from the arrival date. There is a 200 fine for smoking in non-smoking suites or common areas of the hotel (town ordinance). At least one person in the suite must be 21 years of age. A complete list of Spring Break Rules & Regulations will be given to each guest at check-in.We serve a FREE hot american style breakfast each day consisting of bacon, eggs, sausage, fresh made Belgian Waffle, biscuit & gravy or bagel, three kinds of fresh juice, coffee, tea. cereal, milk & more.
